The Sawmill Cove Industrial Park is now open for business. This
50-acre industrial park includes 75,000 square feet of existing
processing, manufacturing or warehouse space with 24' ceilings.
In addition, a separate 38,000 square foot building suitable for
office, research, laboratory or a fulfillment center is available.
Combined with all of this space is access to over 30 million gallons
per day of untreated alpine water in addition to quality potable
city water serving the site. The Sawmill Cove Industrial Park is
located in beautiful Silver Bay six miles from downtown Sitka by
both
highway and water.
Access to the Pacific Ocean is immediate from deep-water docks.
