Board of Directors
SEDA has a nine member Board of Directors representing diverse segments of the community. Members serve three-year terms and receive no monetary or other compensation for their efforts. There is a formal application process to be considered for election to the SEDA Board.

Board Meetings
The SEDA Board meets once per month, from noon to 1:30, in the SEDA Board Room, 329 Harbor Drive, Suite 212. Meetings are generally scheduled for the first Thursday of the month, unless changed or canceled upon declaration of the President or the Officer presiding as President.
